Great location and a comfortable stay for our family.
They have improved their check-in system and no longer require guests to physically check in at their reception, which is about 20 minutes away from the city center. All check-in instructions were sent in advance, so I completed the online check-in before arriving in Barcelona. At check-in time, a digital key was assigned to the app on my phone.
The location is excellent—close to everything, with both Metro and bus stops just a short walk away. The apartment was a good size for our family of four and had everything we needed.
As this is an apartment, there was no daily cleaning or towel change during our stay. However, having a washer/dryer was convenient, as we could do laundry while exploring during the day. Shampoo, bath soap, dish detergent, a sponge, and a kitchen cleaning cloth were provided, but laundry detergent was not, so I recommend bringing your own. The shampoo was also quite strong, we purchased hair treatment so if you have preferred bathroom products, you may want to bring them.
Check-out was very easy - just close the entrance door when leaving. I also let them know when we left so they could start preparing the apartment for the next guest.
Communication with the staff was smooth and attentive. Even though there was no staff physically at the apartment, I felt well supported throughout our stay.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
