Location is in the heart of Cairo. I especially loved how spacious the rooms and balcony which overlooked the city were. Breakfast service was excellent and arrived sharply on time.
Slightly better soundproofing would go a long way for the windows

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my extended stay at the hotel. Your team's kindness and willingness to accommodate my last-minute requests made a significant difference and truly made me feel at home.
Although the surrounding area can be bustling, I appreciated the sense of community and comfort that the hotel provided, particularly with the many amenities and services available, such as the on-site staff and security system.
What stood out to me most, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring my comfort and needs were met were truly impressive, and I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to each of them.
Thank you again for providing a welcoming and secure environment for me during my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling from out of town or internationally.

L'endroit très proche du centre ville
La bienveillance du personnel
Ce n'était pas propre, la parquet était sale, les couvertures, les oreillers étaient dégueulasses.
La chambre communique sur une autre, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l'autre chambre.
