Clean and tidy property with good facilities and nice to have a welcome pack provided
Lots of flies throughout the stay and did not realise until we were due to arrive that we had to pay a lot of money for the on-site facilities. It would have been cheaper to book directly through parkdean

The caravan was clean and well laid out, lots of games available to play and soft toys for our grandchildren to play with. The main entertainment areas were only a few minutes walk away. The beaches at Skegness are big and dog friendly, lots to do and see at the beaches.
Unfortunately the patio doors would not open as they were stuck shut, we did contact the owner who said they had contacted maintenance but no one came to fix them, it was extremely hot weather while we were there and this made it quite uncomfortable inside the caravan. The prices of the food and drinks on the holiday park are higher than I expected.
