Proximity to the event venue and cost-effective price. The accommodation has modern facilities.
Diversity and people from different continents should also be given due consideration and deserved regard.

Capsules are big enough. Extra shelves for luggage. They try to do some happenings in the evening. The toilets are some fancy japanese style. Way too much for a hostel. some people cannot handle the controls. The kitchen is nice.
A lot of potential if staff, cleaning and maintenance would put a bit more effort into their work.
Unfortunately there are a lot of smaller things that don't work too well. Check in is digital and you have no idea who the staff is. Cleaning could be better. some towels in the bathroom look like they were not changed for years and ventilation only works in few bathrooms.
The capsules were apparently built in a hurry. Not even al protective foils were removed. Everything looks a bit improvised.
