I did not have anybreakfast I just stayed overnight and was out early morning the following day
My capsule was next to a window so sunlight was still getting through the cracks. Not much but it is important for me to have complete darkness to be able to sleep and rest fully.

The pods themselves were very clean, spacious, private and comfortable. Outside the pod rooms was another story however. The kitchen and common area were very well done and is very inviting. Check-in process was seamless and very easy to use and the house felt very safe and secure.
The entire house had a faint smell of vomit. I understand the experience will depend entirely on who else you're staying with so I may have gotten unlucky with a crew of party-goers, but the cleaning staff can do a better job of maintaining the bathrooms. Toilets were not flushing, vomit was left in bathrooms, and one bathroom had the entire floor soaked in water. The locks to the pod rooms are very loud can actually be heard while inside your individual pod.
