What a great hotel in a fabulous location. Perfectly situated in the central area and with a great restaurant.
The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel decor throughout was superb.

Good location and friendly valet workers.
Bad communication from the staff/ hard to get help when needed. Room wasn’t ready on time. Requested and was granted a late check out but yet our keys were turned off right at 11am resulting in us not being able to get in our room and having to return to the desk and ask someone for help into our room and not being able to come and go freely because they wouldn’t make us new keys or turn ours back on.
