The property was perfect, it had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. We arrived earlier than the check in time and the staff allowed us to enter early , they were super kind and helpful .

Clean, well maintained and convenient to the sites around Page AZ
The air conditioning system was not functioning properly so we were a little warm. Should have told them but I didn’t.

When I got to the campground we found out this place was not what we picked on your booking site. I double checked the internet and it showed a small house with a kitchen, bedroom and an upstairs patio you could get by outside stairs. What I did not see was the campground name and pics of the other houses on the same advertisement. This is deceiving. When we arrived at the campground I talked with the personal that their one room tiny home was not what I picked on your website. They agreed for me to stay ONE night and contact you for a refund for the second night which I did and have not heard from your web site and couldn't find a number to call.Very upset with Booking.com...
