we arrived late but had no difficulty getting in. Instructions were ok, but I did need to seek clarification prior to arrival. the apartment was ok for one night. Beds were fine.
there was a cot in one of the bedrooms, which left very little remaining room. the water pressure was very poor, hot water ran out while I was showering. the toilet in the ensuite has water permanently trickling into the bowl. the shower in the ensuite has been installed in the wrong place and water ends up on the floor outside the recess. the kitchen tap was loose/wobbly. the soap dispenser in the ensuite shower is broken. kitchen cupboards under the sink would not close properly. the sofa in the lounge is actually a bed, not usable as a lounge suite.
this unit appears to have been renovated by a home handyman, and needs some professional maintenance/fixing/furnishing.

Lovely apartment, just a note that in August the closest metro is closed but not a problem, an uber was 10 euros to get to the trevi fountain.
