Wasn’t quite what I was expecting on check in, more an apart-hotel than hotel. Check in area and bar / restaurants very good with nice ambience. Was a bit disappointed with room, didn’t feel it really reflected the pictures and description. Very small and space sacrificed to make into a studio area. Bed was tucked into a corner which made it awkward for 2 people and bathroom space limited. Expected it to be a bit more luxurious for price and compared to rest of hotel. That said, great location for Nottingham Hill and Portobello market, gym facilities an added bonus which we enjoyed using. Overall had a great stay and would stay again, knowing what to expect.

It's nice location with good facilities and unique approach. However I noticed drop in the services in comparison with my visit last year. For example, they reduced the sport classes, they didn't have emergency toothpaste asking me to go and buy and quality of cleaning and up keeping is not the same, so would love for them to work on these small details

The hotel is nicely kept and close to a train and bus station to conveniently travel to the tourist areas. There are a few limited food options in the immediate area but you can kind plenty of options within a 10 to 15 minute walk.
