This property was about 100 yards from my son's apartment, so the location was excellent! There are also many restaurants in the area and self-parking on the side street was easy. There was plenty of room for the 2 of us. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was plenty big to do so. Also, the checkout was easy. Not a lot of expectations from the guests upon departure. Communication with Jed was great!
This wasn't a problem for us, but the stairs to get up to the apartment are VERY steep so I would not recommend this property for elderly or handicapped guests. Could hear some noise from upstairs and from the street below, but I sleep with earplugs so this wasn't too much of a problem.

Wonderful location. Super clean and spacious. Nice amenities.
Beds very firm. But clean!!! Temperature control on shower was tough. Either it was cold or too hot.

Excellent location in Roscoe Village with easy access and plenty of side street parking. Plenty of food options in the area the support from the owner was terrific.
