駐車場の屋根と玄関テラスの配置が良く、雨に濡れずに降車・荷物出しが出来る。
叡電が15分間隔で動いており、非常に便利。
部屋はとても使いやすい。
オーナー宅げ近くであり、何かあってもすぐに連絡が取れる安心感がある。

La casa está en excelentes condiciones, es cálida, bonita, limpia y en una zona de la ciudad muy bonita, es un barrio que te hace sentir la esencia de Japón, su patio trasero con su árbol es muy bello, en resumidas palabras no duden en reservarlo, quiero agradecer al dueño por su excelente amabilidad y disposición, sin duda cuando regrese a Kioto me volvería a hospedar allí
