Solar eclipse at Ibiza was great!

The pool and short distance to the beach.

The apartment that we rented did not have air conditioning. However, we knew this at the time of booking and still booked since we had family staying at the same location. Our families booking had a/c. We were told that all apartment would be upgraded to include a/c.

The location was excellent, with a beautiful beach within walking distance. The pool was also very nice. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, the apartment had a very strong and unpleasant smell from the moment we arrived. We discovered that the smell seemed to come mainly from the air conditioning. Even with several air fresheners and additional ventilators provided by the staff, the smell remained noticeable and even woke us during the night. With temperatures around 40°C, keeping the air conditioning off was not a realistic solution. This had a significant impact on our comfort and our experience of the apartment.
