Amazing location near the beach and a tram station to get around! I felt safe in the area even when we walked back late one night. Nearby Green P parking is convenient!
The beds are definitely for shorter people. My 6ft tall friend had his feet hanging off the end but we made it work! Also a dog in the room above us started barking at 1am the first night but thankfully it didn’t go on for too long.

Perfectly cozy and basic for our needs. Loved reading prior reviews and noting host was proactive on making it right (ie adding top sheets). Host was responsive right away with any questions. Loved the minifridge, and how promptly DoorDash could get small amount of groceries we needed. WiFi was great.
Only drawback was the “ferocious guard dogs” that would make themselves known in the night if we got up to use the John. (They actually sounded small and cute, and were just doing their jobs 😊)They were safely behind a bolted door, but my son has autism and is terrified of the sound of dogs barking.

The location was very good for what we wanted to see and do and near to shops and restaurants. The property was very clean and although I didn’t meet the hosts personally they answered any questions promptly via messages.
The parking wasn’t great and although there was tea and coffee making facilities there were no spoons available.

The location was perfect, it was walking distance from the beach and we could bike into downtown. The hosts were kind and check in was easy.
The beds were quite un comfy and it was hot. The ac is one small 3in circle vent going no where towards the beds and you have no control over it (photos attached).
A little strange they have access to the area you stay as well. It’s just a barn door that can be slid over.
We were also banking on there being a microwave like in the photos but there wasn’t one so that kind of defeated the purpose of a lot of the food we brought and we couldn’t heat up leftovers.
