Very clean room, property staff were very nice. Location was great, 10 minute or less walk to restaurants, grocery stores etc. Close to Union station. Room had towels and shower products as well, shower and toilet worked great.
Check in was a bit weird, we had to call once we arrived there and wait for someone to come from a different property, we ended up waiting with our bags in a tight hallway with other guests or residents of the building walking by and we were unsure of where to go or what to do. Once someone arrived though they showed us to our room and everything was great after that.

The room was big and very clean, was brought to the 16 Wilson st location for a more quieter stay.
Didn't have any issues with this room, but unfortunately was brought to the other location as mentioned above without an explanation of why the previous night and given a very small room with a messy bathroom, it was late and quess there was no other rooms. But it was made up for the next night.

Location was fine, close enough to public transport but quite a distance from everything else. Would recommend nearby bar with live music.
I stood outside waiting for over 5 minutes before being let in, and was told off for ringing the doorbell too much. Terrible soundproofing - heard a lengthy argument outside my room. Bathroom so small that the door couldn't close, and only single ply toilet paper which was deeply disappointing. If you have other options, strongly consider them.
