Great location, the aquarium was great and there were a good amount of planned activities.
Very loud plumbing, tv in room didn’t work. Not many options for restaurants. Lovers cove was advertised as being open with live music for sunset however when we arrived at 5pm a sign was up saying it was closed for a private function.

A beautiful location and lovely family resort. We had a fantastic time and the room was serving us (a family of 4) well. We used the place as a gateway to the stunning Whitsundays, which worked well.
Some of the service could be improved, especially at breakfast. The breakfast room didn't look particular clean at times and vegetables were cooked on hot plates where there was meat on before. The coffee was not good. We observed, some of the lack of service was probably due to inexperience of young staff and there long days at different locations within the resort.
