Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend- jedoch musste man Extras, wie Spiegeleier - Omelett und dergleichen, extra bezahlen.Die Außenanlage ist wirklich schön.
Leider waren die Türen zum Hotel in den Gängen nicht zu schließen, der Wind drückte diese ständig auf und sie begann zu schlagen- Nachts sehr störend- zumindest im 2. Obergeschoss - die Spiegeltür in unserem Zimmer war einfach zu schwer- die ließ sich nur mit Mühe schließen und öffnen- laut Aushang ist das Hotel erst seit 2024 in Betrieb..ist ansonsten ein schönes nettes Hotel.

Incredible location direct on the water. Beautiful, modern rooms, friendly and helpful service. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The bed is just right, there are a couple of pillows to choose from, and the view was unequaled! Love the big shower with great water pressure. The mixture of stone, wood and other natural materials made the location feel very clean. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary and were greeted with a nice surprise in our room! Super location to explore Puglia! Pogliano, Monopoli, Conversant, Castellana del Grotte, and Bari are all a short drive away. There is a diverse selection of both warm and cold dishes for breakfast. Great coffee in the morning, and overall extremely friendly service. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant - very high quality and nice twists on local dishes. We also had treatments at the spa - extremely professional and relaxing. We both loved the hotel and would love to come back in the future!
Nothing - this was truly one of the rare locations where everything was well done!

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer abseits von der Straße war sehr ruhig und angenehm.
Die Damen und Herren an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Der Zugang zur Rezeption (vom Parkplatz mit den Koffern) ist beschwerlich und wirkt durch die Enge wie ein Kellereingang.
Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer ist sehr schön, es gibt allerdings den großen Nachteil, dass man praktisch nicht im Meer baden kann. Es gibt zwar Zugangsstege, die jedoch am Felsufer enden und nicht im Meer. Der Zugang über die Felsen ist allenfalls nur für Akrobaten möglich (Felsufer, das im Wasser nicht gut sichtbar und sehr rutschig ist). Schade um die schöne Lage direkt am Meer, wenn man diese nicht zum Baden nutzen kann.
Das Frühstück hat zwar einiges geboten, aber Spiegeleier, Omeletten und frische Eier-Köstlichkeiten waren nur gegen einen Aufpreis (z. B. 1 Spiegelei = €3,50) zu bekommen. Das entspricht nicht dem Standard eines 4*-Hotels.
Es ist sehr schade, dass die Rezeption, die Bar und der Frühstücksraum im Untergeschoss (ohne Meerblick) dunkel und düster wirkt.
Der zusätzliche Zimmerservice am Abend war für uns nicht nötig und eher störend.
