It is a very easy drive to the Horseshoe Bay Ferry terminal, only about 12-15 minutes with no traffic.
The house was quiet as I think there was only one other person staying. The amenities - kitchen, bath, bed were all on the same floor. The kitchen had basic cookware and utensils with full kitchen appliances.
Bedroom was clean, bathroom was clean with hot water for a shower. Bedrooms each had their own locks/keys. The house access combo was changed the day of arrival for security concerns. It was comforting to know they were being proactive.
The driveway is a bit steep pulling in and out of it. I was glad I had a small car to make the turns to park in the slips to the sides of the driveway.
This room would be very small for a couple to stay in. The bed just didn’t feel like a queen bed. As a single traveler it worked just fine. Bathroom is just outside the bedroom door without a key lock, just a pop lock.

Vraiment très bien ! 2ème séjour dans cette chambre. Très satisfaite. Le plus : la salle de bain avec le pommeau de douche qui se détache du mur (contrairement à 99% des douches en Amérique du nord).

We stayed here due to the great location, quiet neighborhood, parking and acceptable price. Communication with the hosts was overall good. It's ok to stay here for a night or two due to these aspects but otherwise wouldn't recommend.
There is basically zero daylight anywhere in the apartment. You can hear people walk around (jump?) upstairs until late in the evening. Most importantly, the whole place could be much cleaner, especially the kitchen. Wouldn't even take a huge effort to clean it up a little bit. Others have mentioned this in their reviews but apparently the hosts don't consider it necessary to make any changes (which is unfortunate). We also asked for an early check in and were told in a rather unfriendly way that we would get a message once the room was ready. Never got the message so had to kill some time elsewhere.
