Relax at this peaceful place. A cozy home in a quiet and beautiful area, walking distance to beach, shopping centre, transit and parks. This suite has brand new fireplace, cable TV and simple kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge. 1 queen bed and a queen size sofa bed. A spacious living room can be both a relaxing place to watch TV, or home office, or have a delicious meal with friends in the dining area. Backyard offers beautiful flowers in Spring and summer time, including roses, hibiscus, peony. Easy to bus stop or highway 1.

This is a lovely property, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The host’s family lives upstairs and we were
lucky to enjoy her son’s exceptional piano skills as we drank our coffee in the garden. Sherry provides all the necessary appliances and kitchen tools, salt and pepper, sugar and honey as well as bottled water and treats.
The location is excellent, close to many restaurants, a huge shopping area and within easy access to Stanley Park, Granville Island and the waterfront. The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet and Sherry goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable.

This downstairs suite is situated on a pretty, quiet residential street, a 10 minute walk from the West Vancouver shops and restaurants. All the rooms are immaculately clean. The living room looks out on a lovely garden and the kitchen is well equipped. The queen bed is very comfortable, and the ensuite includes a spacious walk-in shower. The host, Sherry, lives on site, and is very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Sherry made me very welcome - it felt like a home away from home.

This is a large basement area with back door entrance. Location is excellent with walking distance to beautiful parks, hiking (Cypress Falls), restaurants and shops. Owner is there and you can hear everything in the house from footsteps to sneezes.
