We had a great stay at the apartment in Matera. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, very close to the old town. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant, and it was also possible to arrange a later check-out for an additional fee, which was very convenient.
There was no problem finding parking nearby, which was a big plus.
The only minor downside was that there were quite a limited number of plates and cutlery available.

Great experience in Bellavita. We felt at home while staying here. Few minutes walk to the old quarter, modern facilities, fully equipped. The owner has a good taste and well maintain the apartment. It’s also convenient to find a paid parking there with reasonable price (0.7€/hour from 8:00-20:30. Free after that). The host is also very responsive and helpful. Even though it’s a self check-in, we still felt cared and warm. Highly recommended place.
