Everything was good...but I have to tell about the service,it's exceptional..self check in facilities is the best part of this hotel.

We liked the lift, accessibility of the check-in, close to the tram
The light in the hallway was on the whole night, curtains couldnt close, there was a false fire alarm during our stay

Posizione comoda, quartiere spostato dal centro ma ben collegato…
purtroppo nessun servizio in quanto nessuno è presente alla reception e nessuna possibilità di soddisfare nessuna necessità tipo asciugamani extra ecc, la camera che avevamo prenotato non era quella delle foto da noi scelta, la camera era vecchia e la pulizia al limite dell’accettabile nulla di eccezionale… potrebbe essere migliorato il servizio ecco.
