Alles.

Easy contactless check in & out. Very spacious, modern and clean rooms.
The people in the room above were quite loud and we could constantly hear them stomping back and forth.

Stra consigliato

The accommodation was good in terms of ambience and physical look.
The customer service was very awful. An unpleasant experience that I do not wish for anyone. I nearly cancelled my booking at the very first day. I had to go to their feedback and saw that a lot of people had similar experience. Beautiful accommodation but I will not recommend for anyone looking for apartment in Vienna. The owner has a lot of work to do, otherwise these staff will mess the business up.
