Чудові, чисті, світлі, просторі, сучасні апартаменти з гарним дизайном! Комфортні ліжка та диван, зручні матраси, гарної якості постільна білизна. Бездоганна сучасна чудово працююча сантехніка, є і пральна машина і посудомийна машина, достатній комплект посуду, краплина кавоварка, праска та прасувальна дошка, пилосос. Зручне розташування відносно громадського транспорту та супермаркетів.
Немає чайника, для того щоб випити чай доводиться кипʼятити воду у каструлі.
Для тих хто звик до тиши це місце може бути не дуже комфортним, оскільки вікна спальні виходять на перехрестя і автівки паркується прямо під вікнами. А ззовні на стіні будинку, прямо поруч з вікном спальні намальована картина Клімта «Поцілунок», до якої цілий день йдуть молоді люди фотографуватися і це заважає відпочити.

The apartment was very clean, and we were welcomed by a lovely, pleasant scent when we entered. The bathroom and toilet were almost completely new.
Street parking is free on weekends, while on weekdays it costs EUR 15 per day. Alternatively, there is a nearby underground car park (approximately 600 metres away) where parking is available for EUR 6 per day.
The location is perfect, situated in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The metro and tram are also within easy reach.
The kitchen is only minimally equipped. There was just one pot, one frying pan, and only one teaspoon available for three guests in total.
With a little more attention to detail, some aspects of the accommodation could be improved. The shower gel and soap were provided in wall-mounted dispensers, but the dispensers had not actually been attached to the wall, which made them somewhat inconvenient to use.
There were also a few maintenance issues. The bottom of the entrance door was catching on the floor, and only one of the four ceiling lights in the living room was working. There were also significant signs of water damage on both the kitchen cabinet and the bathroom cabinet.
Overall, the accommodation offered excellent value for money. However, greater attention to maintenance and a few small improvements in terms of equipment and functionality would make the stay considerably more comfortable.

Az apartman mindennel fel volt szerelve, ami csak kellhet. A környék barátságos, villamus vonal és U-bahn a közelben. Schönbrunni kastély is 5 villamosmegállónyira van mindössze. Parkolás az utcán, nagyon jutányos 15 Eur/nap áron elérhető.
