Room was clean on check in but wasn't cleaned for our four day stay, no change of towels or bins emptied

Great place to stay, was very clean and comfortable. As seems to be in all the reviews it is not downtown but literally across the street is the metro and so easy to navigate. As convenient as staying in the heart of the city without being in the city. Highly recommend.

Beautiful large room .Very clean.
Good instructions regarding use of access codes.
The room faced main road but this was fine gjven double glazed windows + shutters.
Very close to underground station taking one into town.
In summary I would certainly stay again at "Sissi West"

The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the modern accessories and funky decorations. Brought me back to my childhood 😊
