Convenient, ten minutes walk from Hietzing Bahnhof. Excellent communication made up for no on situ staff. Clever access system codes messaged on the arrival day. Well kitted kitchen, comfortable bed, sofa and dining table with chairs, good bathroom with bath and shower. Heat pump air con so can cool in summer and heat in winter - very nice indeed. Pleasant balcony in a lovely quiet area.
A few wobbly fittings - some basic maintenance is needed. I’m sure this will happen. We arrived late Saturday. There was nowhere to get milk and bread for the morning although coffee pods were there for the Nespresso style machine - thank you.

Perfect place in terms of hospitality, location and facilities. I book it twice and definitely recommend it everyone who arrives Vienna both personal or by business means.
Everything is great. My next appearance in Vienna will definitely be spend here.

The location is very good, near S-Bahn station and metro stations Hietzing and Hütteldorfer Straße, also the park Schönbrunn is near the home. The location is very quiet.
The apartment itself was very clean, accurate, and matched the description. It was very spacious and comfortable, we had all the listed amenities. Moreover, it was very warm, especially in the bathroom.
Check-in instructions were clear and easy to access.
We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely come again! Thank you!
It was not listed in the provided amenities, but it would help a lot a washing machine and an electric dryer for clothes and towels. :)

Location near the train station was great. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Access was a little confusing but we got through it. Would stay again.
Billed as 'apartments' but there isn't any common area really. An entryway and two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Coffee and tea were only in one of the bedrooms so people could not individually access unless they happened to be in that room. Smaller than an 'apartment' but it worked for our needs.
