It was the perfect location for what I needed. I loved the little desk and the little extra complimentary snacks were very thoughtful. The staff were very helpful and communicative. The room as small but perfectly comfortable and clean.
I didn’t like that I had to park in the public car spaces. It made me a bit nervous considering the amount of car thefts Townsville has. Also there were no mugs in the room to drink my complimentary tea and coffee from. Apart from that it was great.

We felt welcome from the moment we walked into the unit.
The unit was super clean and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay, plus extra things we don't usually get in holiday places we book into.
We enjoyed the large verandah with the vast view, and restaurants and movie cinema were just downstairs. Location is central within walking distance to supermarket and train station, and 10 minute drive to the airport.
