Nice apartment shame about the construction site

Apartment was clean and will once the building site is gone have great views (unless the new building is a tall one) very spacious and air con was very good.

I know they are trying to get sales but a heads up that there's a very loud construction site right outside active from 8-8 most days would have been nice. If I had known I definitely would not have booked as couldn't even hold a conversation on the balcony it was so loud. I would suggest checking before booking if the new building is complete.

Not as expected

The apartment was very clean and modern

No one to meet us at the apartment as stated in the booking. Had to go to the office 7/8 min walk away to pick up keys. As a party of 5 in their 60s was a bit difficult as it was all uphill coming back to the building. Washing stuck in washing machine for 2 days. Sopping wet when we eventually was able to get it out. The engineer came out but didn't resolve the issue. Pool closed for 12 days, no mention of this when bookingor prior to our stay. Nice terrace area/balcony to sit out but this was spoilt by the construction site opposite. There were no instructions in the apartment and communication with the office was slow. We waited over a day for wifi password, which was incorrect. Wardrobe doors in 1 bedroom broken, unable to open wardrobe drawers at times.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable à Itempo Resort. L’appartement était très spacieux , moderne et propre. Nous étions au 11 eme étage avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et benidorm avec ses immense gratte ciel. Nous avons pu profiter des installations comme la piscine extérieur , intérieur , spa etc… les enfants ont adorés. Le personnel est très accueillant . l’hôte était très réactif, il répond facilement quand on envoie un message . Je reviendrais avec plaisir
