Disgraceful customer service from the owner and I would recommend you no longer advertise this property on you website.

We were unable to use the property due to the owner being uncontactable.

We made initial contact with the property owner on arrival where he advised there was no parking available, despite onsite parking being advertised during booking. We then proceeded to follow the instructions provided via email advising how to access the key via a lock box and 4 digit PIN code. We were presented with over 20 lock boxes at the site, none of which had an apartment number visible and the code failed to open any of the lock boxes. We tried to contact the owner multiple times with no success and eventually had to book a hotel for the evening causing additional cost. I would like to make a formal complaint and explore the option of a full refund.

I COULDNT GET IN FOR AN HOUR& IT HAD 7 DIFFERENT PINLOCKS WITH THE SAME CODE. THIS BOOKING IS A SCAM, THEY’LL ROB YOU!!!

Great location Decent mattress Good shower Safe - key fob access

> Mattress protector needed > Pillow protectors and additional pillows for bed (currently 1per side, flat and tiny) > Bed side lamps needed > Fix lounge balcony door > Fan/ air conditioning unit - impossible to have windows open without ear plugs at night (very busy/ loud) > Sticker on key box to identify (there’s loads of them, look ages to find the right one) > Fix dishwasher door, and clear blockage / clean (very smelly) > Additional oven shelf (currently only one) > Plug or dish bowl for kitchen sink > Oven dishes for cooking > Tea/ dish towels/ clothes > On the advert advise how loud and busy the road is
