Loved the surroundings and the hot tub. Enjoyed making pizzas on the deck, lovely walks and cycles. Hired the bikes easily on site. Staff lovely.
The rooms are very hot, we struggled to get the temperature below 24 degrees! Also a small point was they charge £15pn for access to the TV to screen share/ movies. For "premium" seems a bit rich. Normally you would expect smart Tv to sign into over accounts. The screen share didnt work even when we paid. I would have taken my projector is i had know for kids in evening when happy and tired after days adventure. Also booking.com search included a pet but the confirmed booking didnt have this! coudnt swap and ended up leaving the dog. This was the key reason for booking. Would be good to tell guests the typo of coffee machine etc. Leaving a few pods would be a nice guesture

We were there for the Rob roy mighty hike so the hot tube was excellent for aches and pains. Have stayed here before about 9 years ago and brought some really great happy memory's back will be coming again to stay.
Would of be nice to have a foot stool to rest raised legs on i used the coffee table with cushion on it.My son used the L shape part of the settee for his legs.

First and foremost I must praise the staff, their kindness and friendliness was above and beyond, nothing was a bother to them, couldn't help us enough, food was amazing, the surrounding forest was breathtaking and we had the best cabin, we had the most amazing time
