这个位置真的很方便，如果你有火车的行程基本提前20分钟出门就可以走到站台。如果你是亚洲人又是晚上到达，可能第一感觉是这个街道不太安全。实际并不是这样，这条街道其实很安全，而且附近吃东西和买简单日常用品的超市也不少。别担心，第二天早上看看窗外就知道这是一条很有生命力的街道，很罗马。房子很大，可能细节用品或者电器新旧程度没有那么完美。但是这种位置和这个大小，性价比远远超出欧洲很多酒店。如果你不想花同样的钱去住15平的酒店房间，我觉得你是可以考虑这里的，真的很不错。
冰箱稍微有点旧，但使用起来完全没问题，算不上什么大问题

Que el ambiente se mantenía fresco aún en verano. Que la televisión en la sala/cuarto principal era grande. Que tenían una cocina con los utensilios necesarios y que el baño era espacioso, al igual que el otro cuarto cerrado.
Que habían elementos de estadías pasadas, algunos objetos y hasta comida bajo el sofá. Parecía limpio sólo superficialmente y eso deja mucho que desear, ya que se pueden encontrar “sorpresas” de huéspedes anteriores. Por otro lado, la puerta del baño no se cierra con facilidad, necesita repararse urgentemente.
