Soggiorno non all’altezza del prezzo pagato

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. L’alloggio presentava alcune carenze dal punto di vista della pulizia: abbiamo trovato ciglia finte sul letto appena arrivati e questo ci ha fatto dubitare dell’accuratezza con cui era stata preparata la camera. Per questo motivo, anche considerando il caldo presente nell’appartamento, abbiamo preferito non dormire nel letto e riposare sul divano. Il condizionatore ha impiegato molto tempo prima di iniziare a raffrescare e, nonostante le dimensioni ridotte dell’alloggio, non è riuscito a rendere l’ambiente sufficientemente fresco e confortevole. Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo ci è sembrato poco soddisfacente. Abbiamo scelto questa zona pensando di trovare una soluzione più conveniente rispetto al centro di Roma, ma il prezzo pagato non ci è sembrato giustificato dai servizi offerti. La colazione non era inclusa e trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze è stato piuttosto complicato. Infine, non abbiamo apprezzato la gestione della tassa di soggiorno. Per comodità abbiamo effettuato il pagamento tramite bonifico, ma la proprietaria si è mostrata infastidita dal fatto che non fosse stato fatto in contanti, nonostante il pagamento sia stato regolarmente effettuato. Avremmo gradito un atteggiamento più comprensivo e orientato al cliente. Eravamo a Roma per motivi di lavoro e cercavamo semplicemente un ambiente pulito e confortevole dove poter riposare dopo giornate impegnative. È un peccato, perché con una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, una climatizzazione più efficiente e un approccio più accogliente nei confronti degli ospiti, l’esperienza sarebbe stata decisamente migliore.

Struttura decente e non costosa. L’appartamento è ristrutturato.

Il parcheggio non c’è, la caldaia è interna é fa rumore, il letto principale è una piazza e mezzo, il palazzo é vecchio ed infine, non è servito bene dai mezzi…l’unica cosa positiva è che su Roma ci sono prezzi improponibili anche per una sola notte
