The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to Dotonbori, which made it really convenient for exploring the area, dining, and shopping.
I stayed for 4 nights and understand that there’s no daily room service, which is fine—but they didn’t even provide fresh towels during the stay. I was expected to use the same towel for 4 days. I reached out to the host to ask about it but never received a reply, which was disappointing.
There’s a misleading sign on the ground floor—an English arrow still points to a “laundry,” but the Chinese text says “office, authorized personnel only.” It looks like the space was turned into an office after new ownership, but the old sign was never removed or covered, which is confusing for guests. At the very least, they should cover the outdated signage to avoid misunderstandings.
There’s also no reception, so it’s even more important that signs and communication are clear.
