Was great having so much extra room after staying in smaller hotel rooms in Tokyo and Kyoto. The location was an easy walk into the main city but also far enough away for it to be quiet of a night time. Scales in the lobby to weigh bags was a great idea!
The wifi was basically unusable. Connected fine but would only work for a minute or 2 then stop so make sure you have an eSim with plenty of data. No elevator made carrying a heavy suitcase up and down the stairs a little cumbersome but I was only on the 2nd floor so it was ok. The laundry seemed to be under renovation so was unable to wash clothes unfortunately.
