중국인이 운영하는 숙소로 직원이 상주하지 않고 응대가 전혀 안됩니다.

좋은점은 도톤보리에서 가깝다는 것 외에는 하나도 없어요.

체크인 안내 이메일 등이 모두 중국어로 오며, 문의처 전화번로도 중국 본토내 전화입니다. 문의사항이 있어 부킹닷컴을 통해 문의하였으나 여행 종료까지 끝내 숙소측으로부터 답을 얻지못했습니다. 그리고 호텔 내 직원이 상주하고 있지 않습니다. 호탤내의 안내문도 중국어로 표시되어 있습니다. 인터냇을 검색해보니 주인이 중국인으로 최근에 바뀐것인지 Yingtu Homestay라는 이름을 달고 나옵니다. 4인이 4박을 하는 동안 단 한번도 청소가 제공되지 않았고, 제공된 수건 총 2개 뿐이었습니다. 호텔 직원의 도움을 전혀 받을 수 없는 숙소이며 부킹닷컴의 대응또한 최악이었습니다.
