Decepcionante , sobre todo con el anfitrion

Cercania a la playa

Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante. El apartamento no cumplió con nuestras expectativas y la relación calidad-precio nos pareció muy mala. La llegada fue bastante complicada. Al llegar, no había nadie para abrirnos la puerta, ya que el portero no estaba. El anfitrión simplemente nos indicó que esperásemos a que alguien nos abriera. Lo mismo sucedió posteriormente con la puerta de acceso al apartamento. El alojamiento es muchísimo más pequeño de lo que aparenta en las fotografías. Además, presenta varios desperfectos: la cisterna del WC se quedaba atascada, el asiento del inodoro estaba roto y algunas baldas del frigorífico también estaban rotas. El frigorífico, además, es bastante pequeño. Cuando llovía, entraba agua por las ventanas y tuvimos que poner toallas en el suelo. También había muchísimos mosquitos en el apartamento, incluso siendo octubre. La habitación no dispone de armario y el único espacio para colgar ropa es un armario en el salón con únicamente cuatro perchas, algo claramente insuficiente para una estancia de varios días. A pesar de ello, el anfitrión pretendía quedarse con 40 € de la fianza por nuestra mascota. En la reserva únicamente se indicaba que las mascotas estaban permitidas «bajo petición», sin que apareciera claramente especificado este importe. Consideramos que los cargos adicionales deberían informarse de manera transparente antes de reservar. También ofrece un servicio de garaje de pago, pese a que hay aparcamientos cercanos y gratuitos. La sensación durante toda la estancia ha sido que se intenta cobrar un suplemento por prácticamente todo, algo especialmente decepcionante teniendo en cuenta que el alojamiento no es barato. Por si todo esto fuera poco, la devolución de la fianza se demoró aproximadamente un mes desde nuestra salida. El anfitrión llegó a confirmarnos por mensaje que ya estaba devuelta, pero el dinero no había llegado a nuestra cuenta.

Une rénovation serait nécessaire au niveau de la cuisine / plan de travail collant / le strict minimum de vaisselle en très très mauvaises état / pas de bouilloire comme indiqué sur le site ( le gérant nous a dis chauffer l eau dans la casserole…comme si nous étions bêtes ) Le gérant poli certe mais mais du tout sympathique /il a dis non à tout Nous avions froid il n a pas proposé de couverture supplémentaire / ni petit chauffage d appoint / lit très petit 130 il me semble . Couverture sur le canapé sale que nous avons dû nettoyer Bref pas cool

Der Aufenthalt war dann OK, nachdem wir u.a. die bereitgestellte Wäsche frisch gewaschen hatten.

Der Check-in hat etwas länger gedauert, da der Concierge nicht vor Ort war. Letztlich hat dann aber alles per Fernschaltung funktioniert. Der Vermieter hat sich im Nachgang bemüht und nachgefragt, ob alles geklappt hat – das war positiv. Insgesamt war der Check-in jedoch verbesserungswürdig. (Hinweis: Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ausschliesslich auf Spanisch.) Die vorhandene Wäsche mussten wir selbst nochmals waschen, da sie vom Geruch her nicht unserem Standard entsprach. Zum Glück war eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, womit das problemlos möglich war. Nachdem wir alles vorbereitet hatten, war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Weitere Punkte: Die Waschmaschine musste aufgrund eines Fremdkörpers im Ablauf repariert werden, die Decke beim Sofa war etwas schmuddelig, Küche, Tisch und Boden hätten sauberer gereinigt sein können. Die Wanduhr war defekt (auch mit neuer Batterie), das Tiefkühlfach sollte einmal abgetaut werden. Zudem gab es keinen Haarfön, und das Kinderbett war aufgrund des Geruchs und der fehlenden Matratze leider nicht brauchbar.
