This place is cute and different and the bathroom is huge for Italy standards, the TVs are also huge if you are looking for that, the locks on the door make you feel safe, the proximity to attractions is okay and though the lift barely fits two people it was nice to have but that’s really where the good ends.
This unit ran out of hot water after one short shower and we didn’t have hot water again till the morning. The unit is in a building that has a narrow winding staircase that was not great to climb also the building is partially residential and partially being restored so it feels a little sketch at times. There is a music school down the road where you are constantly hearing music from and the unit is on the corner so road noise is constant. We could hear talking, deliveries, construction- everything with the windows closed. On top of that to get some fresh air you can open the windows however they do not have screens so they don’t keep any bugs out including mosquitoes which we had several. Though clean enough to stay in for a quick stop in Rome this unit is far from clean. The storage areas are accessible to guests and were less appealing than we would have liked. Communication with the unit manager is strictly through the app which we liked but some might not. Directions for the unit however were clear and concise and easy to follow and we appreciated that as well. For 2 days in Rome it was fine but way over priced for what it was- we stayed in much nicer accommodations while in Italy than this.
