Sehr liebes und freundliches Personal und eine schöne Lage. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die Outdoor-Dusche, um nach dem Strand den Sand abzuwaschen.
Preislich war es für mich persönlich etwas teuer, aber die Qualität und der Aufenthalt rechtfertigen den Preis.

I had a wonderful stay at Ulla! The location is perfect—it is super central and right near the main street, making it incredibly easy to walk to all the best restaurants and the beach.
What makes this hotel truly special, however, is the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel so welcome and cared for. A special highlight was the daily breakfast—it was absolute perfection, and they surprised me with something different and delicious every single day!

Ulla est près de tout à Arugam Bay, proche des spots de surf, de tous les restaurants.
L’hôte, Inamul est super cool, vous arrange ce que vous voulez au meilleur prix, comme d’habitude. Il a cette sympathie et drôlerie que peu ont !
Le petit déjeuner par l’équipe est juste au top, il change chaque matin donc pas de quoi s’ennuyer : des fruits, toujours, un thé ou café, parfois un plat sucré comme des crêpes, parfois du salé comme des shakshouka… bref y’a rien à dire à ce niveau là.

The staff was very kind and available, they offered free laundry and the location was good and central. The breakfast was good and with lots of fruit.
So dirty. We found dead mosquitos everywhere in the room: walls, bed, pillow, bathroom, mosquito net. There was constant smell of sewage in the bathroom. We checked out other rooms with them but all of them looked the same. Also, no natural light. They only gave one towel per person and in the morning it was VERY loud, we heard many noises even early in the morning.
We were told we could pay in euro but at the checkout, they insisted on an unfair exchange rate and in that way, made us pay more.
