The pool and garden and birds. Close to all amenities. Had recommendations for dining. Colourful art everywhere!
Locks were problematic. Shower had low flow.

Super süß eingerichtet, alles was man braucht.
Keine Klimaanlage bzw. hat diese nicht funktioniert. Aber Luna (Host) war sehr bemüht und hat sich direkt darum gekümmert. Es war auch nicht so einfach, das Gepäck dort nach dem checkout zwischenzulagern, aber wir haben eine Lösung gefunden.

Die Einrichtung war sehr stylisch, funktional und liebevoll.
Der Checkin war etwas schwierig. Das Bett war sehr schmal für 2xapersonen und es gab keine vollwertige Klimaanlage.

Don Jimenez guesthouse is an authentic, charming house in a perfect spot for those traveling to the Corcovado jungle. I stayed there on two occasions. Lubna is a great host, open and warm, speaks multiple languages and provides all necessary information. I also loved the location (convenient for solo travelers) and the garden, but above all, it gave me opportunity for true cultural immersion into daily life of people living there.
If you expect a quiet place, I suggest to look somewhere else. Being in the town centre, the road next to the house is used even at odd hours.
