The caravan was comfortable and clean
The area was not what I was expecting but close to thesea front.

I really liked the location as up a very small sandy slope and there was the beach. The choice of places to eat around and near by was good. The peace and quiet was lovely. Not many children when we went which was nice and calming. The facilities within the caravan were adequate. I also liked that you could take your dog.
The fact that after arrival we had no hot water for 5 hours so had to hang around after contacting letter of caravan only to find the cleaner coming back with him over phone whilst she tried to turn the water on. Apparently previous tenant had turned everything off. We also had to reset router to enable wi fi. Also as a dog friendly caravan you wasnt allowed to use the shower to wash your dog but there was no hosepipe outside to wash your dog outside instead advised to use rear of sailing club hosepipe but too far away really to be any use really. The sea view and lake view thats mentioned in write up also leaves alot to be desired.

location was fine.ideal for dog
noisy neighbour doing building work whilst i tried to sleep for an hour in afternoon.parking was tight as neighbours had 2 cars .you could improve this by a bit of landscaping in front of van.

Property nice and clean and we didn’t need for anything. Very good communication from the owners, we contacted whilst there and were very efficient…. Very close to the Beach which provided nice evening walks and was nice to sit on for the sunset ..
The area is a little unusual, a mix of properties - but no issues and everyone we came across was very friendly .. the only downside for us was the road area in-front of the caravan.. quite rough with deep holes filled with bricks and stones which could be quite noisy as cars tried to navigate around the bumps .. if this was filled in it would be much more peaceful ..
