The apartment is well located in a central but very quiet district, which was really convenient. It is close to public transport, so getting around the city was easy, and there are also a few nice restaurants and cafés nearby.
The property itself is very nice and comfortable. The bed was comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the AC worked well. There is also a nice terrace, which was a great bonus.
Overall, the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, the location was very good, and the area felt quiet and pleasant. We had a good experience and enjoyed our stay.
I hope the property owner sees this, because the main issue seems to be with the management rather than the apartment itself.
I had already seen other reviews mentioning problems with check-in, so I contacted customer service before arrival to make sure we had the access codes. Despite that, after check-in time I spent around 30 minutes on hold to get the apartment code, and another 45 minutes outside trying to get access to the building.
There were no instructions sent before arrival, and no one replied to my message in the Booking.com chat. We only got into the building because another guest happened to come out. The proper building access instructions arrived the next morning.
The shower drain was also blocked. We had to remove the grate and clear it ourselves, which is something the cleaning team should have noticed and fixed before check-in.
We also had an issue with the water heater. We managed to solve it by restarting it, but again, I would expect this to be checked by the team before guests arrive.
The apartment itself was good, but the check-in process, lack of communication, and a few basic maintenance issues made the arrival unnecessarily stressful.

El piso nos ha gustado en general. Es bastante grande, luminoso y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días cómodamente. Hay cafetera, tostadora de pan lavavajillas y lavadora secadora. La terraza es muy amplia y, si la estancia es más larga y hace buen tiempo, creo que se puede disfrutar mucho.
Como puntos a mejorar, los balcones estaban bastante sucios por las cacas de las palomas, algo que sería conveniente revisar. En la ducha pequeña el agua tarda bastante en desaguar También creo que la limpieza de los baños podría ser un poco más profundas.

Zentral in der Stadt gelegen.
Abflüsse in den beiden Waschbecken verstopft und zwei Wasserschäden am Bodenbelag.

Il silenzio e la tranquillità della zona fornita di servizi anche se non centrale
La casa, benché sia grande, è arredata con mobilio vecchio e malandato. Il pavimento è finto e staccato in alcuni punti. I mobili del bagno sporchini dentro i cassetti. Manca di personalità inoltre
