It could be improved by investing little

No WiFi and poor communication with host

- The location was good. - Bedsheets were soft - Air con which was needed as at night time it is hot in the room

- The advertisement doesnt state what door number. Taxi driver was looking at me like I was crazy when I said there isn't a house number. But there is, however I did not get my checking details due to their contact details on the advertisement being wrong. The contact number does not exist when you call. The what's app number doesnt go through. I followed their instructions as stated on the advertisement to send ID details to the whatsapp number which was provided and it did not go through, so tried to call but no response. Not a great start. A man at one of the restaurants near by said it happens all the time. - The key for the apartment states it is at the entrance of the door, well I looked outside the main door, in the cupboards and eventually found the little black box by the right hand side of the stairs at the beginning of the stairs. It was not clear at all, maybe they could do a mini video or take a picture to show future guests. - If you have mobility issues do not book, as it is 4th floor which was not a problem for me but could be for others. - The pillows are thin and lumpy before anyone ask why I did not contact the host for more or better. Forget it, communication once you are in the apartment is non existence. - They lied about having WiFi, when I booked it said WiFi included whilst I was there I checked the advertisements and they had changed it to say no WiFi. The tv has netflix and YouTube so there must be some form of Internet but it is almost like they dont want you to have access to it. Very strange. - washing machine and dishwasher provided but no products to use. If you are here for a few nights you are not going to buy a box of dishwasher tablets or a box of washing powder it should be included in the price - No basic broom (dust pan and brush), sponge, mop surely you would want people to clean up after themselves. - I personally would not recommend this place to anyone and that is specifically due to the communication.

Unacceptable

The flat not clean, the sheets were dirty after several times of asking they gave us clean sheets, but it turned out to be two duvet covers, we slept for rest of our stay without a sheet on a duvet cover. The host company appeared disinterested. The location is great but I would not recommend this flat.
