First impressions are everything.
Upon walking in the front door the fresh scent of a spotlessly clean guest house greeted us and wrapped around Us welcoming Us in to stay.
This BEAUTIFUL Home has it ALL!
Dedicated parking right outside the front door. Airy with windows all around. QUIET, QUIET, QUIET yet only a 20-25 min stroll to Commercial Street, or a quick 5 min car ride. Angel Foods a fantastic "Mom&Pop" boutique grocery market is a 5 min car ride. Stop&Shop, the local Supermarket is 5 mins in the opposite direction also. Herring Cove, the "sunset beach" is a quick 10 min ride.
A FULLY STOCKED kitchen is outfitted with ample pots and pans, dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, gadgets, coffee maker, toaster oven and blender. Wine glasses, shot glasses, even a traditional tea set to use after an Asian inspired meal. This Chef was very happy and in his element with so many tools to cook memorable meals. A weber gas grill on the back deck served the outdoor Grillsman in me as well! I can't say enough...sparkling clean Unit, super comfortable mattresses, 2.5 bath 2 bedroom Home away from Home.
Brand new Frigidaire W/D located on the first floor.
The Homeowner thought of everything.

This is an apartment with an appeaking layout. The two bedrooms each have baths and the separation is excellent. There is a deck off the common area which is pleasant.
My only dislike is that a checkout of 10am is an hour too early, and in my experience is unusually early. One can pay for late check out, but 11am should be checkout, not 10am. And one should not have to ask for it.
