Purtroppo la colazione non era prevista in quanto il bar non risultava attivabile.

- It is a very new and clean building.
- Room is of decent size.
- It has several new amenities.
- Staff is nice and entry instructions were very clear.
- Underground garage is safe and wide.
- It is located quite outside the city center in a non-descript neighborhood. We thought it would be possible to walk to the town center but this is not the case. You can park at Gonzaga parking (paid but outside ZTL) or Campo (free but you need a shuttle ride).
- There were not any city informations. Especially parking information would have been very useful. The girl at the reception tried to help but did not seem to know much.
- Bath cabin is small (definitely not suitable for handicapped or larger people).
- A small coffee machine with capsules would have been nice.
- Road noise can be intrusive at times. I expected a quieter stay.
- The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery but lacks washing detergent and sponges.

Welcome pack for the dog was really nice and appreciated.
AC was working good.
The rooms are brand new and the beds are comfortable.
The Bar was never opened. The elevator wasn’t working. You have to enter 4 security codes just to access the building because is situated in a really bad neighbourhood. The receptionist when asked if it was safe to go out in the evening told us “of course it’s not a ghetto” we then asked some locals and they told us “better not to go out at night, you might get mugged”. then we understood why so many cameras and security codes everywhere. For sure not a good choice if you are a family or a single traveler. if you don’t have a car better not to book there.
