The location and everything else is great but communication is really questioning. We arrived from Australia after 45+hours trip in Milan and then train to Verona & asked at booking for a little earlier check-in if possible to stretch & relax after that long travel time instead of hanging around with the luggage in bar/restaurant.
The owner doesn’t speak english. I speak a little italian but not fluent but I get around while traveling in Italia. We travelled all over the world with booking & air bnb but didn’t had such a bad experience.. not the best start for your italian holiday and it would have been so easy and fair we would have got the info that our wish was declined.
Don’t book it when you don’t speak fluent italian. I had to call & ask several times to get finally the key-code for the key safe box. Several calls wouldn’t answered and when I finally had a lady on the phone she bombarded me in italian and hang up on us. The description to find the apartment when you’re actually in the house and finally got the key is non existing. We had to try literally every lock till we found the apartment. It should be easy to say it’s the top floor and the apartment number…
The same with the identification process which was made online long beforehand and already paid city tax.. which she said we hadn’t had done.
Better book a hotel for the same price and have no frustrational experience

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa oraz czysty, przytulnie urządzony pokój. Miłym akcentem był szampan czekający na nas w lodówce – to naprawdę sympatyczny gest powitalny, który zapadł nam w pamięć.
Brak uwag – wszystko było na bardzo dobrym poziomie.

It was exceptionally close to the Arena which was great as we went to the opera last night. There was a nice cafe close by and several small good restaurants. But it made our evening easier to walk 3 minutes after the Opera. Although a studio, it felt spacious, a very comfortable bed, lots of thoughtful items and a kind gesture leaving water and a bottle of fizz in the fridge.
