We loved the cleanliness, the look of the apartment, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the beds and bedding were very comfortable, it was quiet and spacious.
We needed more towels provided as the showers weren’t sealed well enough to keep the water in and we needed more towels to deal with that. That was the only issue.

отличное расположение. рядом много достопримечательностей до которым можно легко дойти пешком. в соседнем здании большой супермаркет, много ресторанчиков и кафе рядом. Спокойные соседи, очень тихо. Комнаты большие, кровати и подушки очень комфортные. Подходит для проживания трех пар гостей, но нужно учесть нюансы о которых напишу в минусах.
В квартире нет стиральной машины и посудомойки. Это ужасно. Для 6 гостей останавливающихся на несколько дней это большое неудобство. приходилось стирать вещи на руках.
При заезде нам положили не те капсулы от кофемашины и новые принесли только через 2 дня. Был сломан замок в туалете, но нужно отметить что хозяин очень быстро отправил к нам специалиста который устранил поломку.
На это можно не обращать внимание, если бы в квартире была вся бытовая техника. Поэтому оценку снижаю из-за этого. Кстати, духовки на кухне тоже нет, хотя в описании пишут что есть. При бронировании учитывайте эти детали

The location is good. It’s close to historic sites, restaurants, shops, bus routes, etc. The apartment was clean and nice.
It takes 4 keys/gates/door to enter the property. After the second day another person, (not us), broke the key off in the gate. After trying to contact the manager numerous times we ended up having to find a chair and broken pallet to climb over the gate, which had spikes at the top of a narrow passageway. Dangerous to say the least. However, since the manager was not responding we had a choice to either sleep on the street, get a hotel, or climb over. This happened twice as someone again closed the gate after we had propped it open. This could have been a disaster in the making.
