Просторные, уютные, современные апартаменты. Для двух человек места более чем достаточно. Есть все необходимое (стиральная машина, СВЧ, утюг, гладильная доска, сушилка, фен, сейф, кондиционер (хорошо справляется со своей задачей)). Очень заботливый, доброжелательный, радушный хозяин, всегда готов помочь.

Потрясающая и очень просторная квартира! Мы просто в восторге! Хорошее расположение, в отличии от центра, очень тихо и спокойно. В шаговой доступности есть магазины, аптеки. В квартире есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, и даже больше! Всё новое, ухоженное! Хозяева очень отзывчивые и всегда на связи.

A fost o gazdă foarte primitoare. ne-a așteptat chiar și la o oră foarte târzie pentru a ne întâmpina, mai precis după ora 2:00 noaptea. Ne a pus la dispoziție tot ce a trebuit pentru a ne simți ca și cum am fi în propria casă. O experiență excelentă și pe care o recomand și altora. Menționez că am stat opt zile.
Este un pic cam departe de centru, dar o cursă cu taxi costa 3-5 dolari, așa că nu am simțit acest inconvenient. Știam de taxi de la alți călători. Îi mulțumesc gazdei pentru primirea minunată de la Erevan.
