Very close to attractions and very clean
Abit tight to the amount of money paid. Saying this as i went on a europe trip to few cities and got bigger better rooms for same price range

The staff and location were pretty good
The room was very dirty, very dusty, and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned under the bed in months. The hotel is also quite old and smelled bad.

Such character in this hotel! Charming. Polite and helpful staff. Great dinner location recommendation. Best breakfast buffet of any hotel we stayed at. Much appreciation.
Room was pretty cramped. I struggled to find enough space to get my suitcase opened.

Most of the staff were very polite. Location was the biggest draw for us.
The shower dripped constantly and the room was too hot. Tried in vain to get the air conditioning working with 50% success. The whole hotel is very dated and dont bother about the breakfast as it is uninspiring and cold. When we said the eggs were cold we were confronted with abuse from a member of staff. The other member of staff was very quick to apologise. Really overpriced and can't believe it has 4 stars. Luckily we could walk around the end of our bed because in some rooms the end of the beds is against the opposite wall to the headboard. So you would have to climb over the bed to get to the other side.
