Staff very friendly and recommendations about where to go. Felt very Italian. Rooms quiet and good curtains.
Bathrooms could do with some updating.

The location is pretty good and so is the breakfast.
The single room is very small, there is simply too much furniture for such a small space inside.
The receptionists are not super easy to communicate with, it felt like they don’t care are busy with their own stuff more

Most of the staff were very polite. Location was the biggest draw for us.
The shower dripped constantly and the room was too hot. Tried in vain to get the air conditioning working with 50% success. The whole hotel is very dated and dont bother about the breakfast as it is uninspiring and cold. When we said the eggs were cold we were confronted with abuse from a member of staff. The other member of staff was very quick to apologise. Really overpriced and can't believe it has 4 stars. Luckily we could walk around the end of our bed because in some rooms the end of the beds is against the opposite wall to the headboard. So you would have to climb over the bed to get to the other side.
