Brilliant location. Very cool and trendy place to stay! Excellent breakfast, one of the best hotel breakfasts we had.

The location was a bit far from the main streets and attractions, but having a subway station just 10 meters away made getting around very easy. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. The breakfast was also good, with a nice selection. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel and rooms were clean and modern, and the location was very convenient. Staff at reception were friendly, pro-active and helpful. The complimentary lounge and minibar were a really nice touch.
Breakfast was really poor - limited selection, with very poor service. Our waiter on all mornings was brusque and didn't offer any hot drinks unless we asked. We were told we could order eggs or an omelette to be cooked freshly but on all morning we were either told to just help ourselves to the cold scrambled eggs, or that they had run out of eggs. I don’t see how a four star hotel offering breakfast can fail to even offer eggs. When we requested milk for our tea/coffee we were told to help ourselves from the buffet even though there weren’t any milk jugs and we had to pour the milk into glasses. It was a really poor way to start the day every morning. Our waiter was sullen to the point of being rude.
The rooms are also really noisy, especially the ones facing the street. We had to request ear plugs.
