The location of this accommodation is great, only 20 min walk from Duomo, and quite a few nice restaurants and cafes around the area. Smooth self check in process, all explained in the text message and supported by a short video. The room was spacious and very clean, the same for the bathroom. It really had the luxury feel. We were checked upon a couple of times if we needed any more water or coffee.
We would definitely stay there again should we visit Milan in the future.
We can't say we didn't like something as we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, but just to mention that the shower could get a bit slippery so need to be a bit careful.
Also just to mention that due to the location of rooms slightly in the basement, it could get a bit noisy in the morning, as the accommodation is in a building with offices/residents. So what is a holiday for us, it's a normal working day for Italians. We didn't mind it, as we were getting up early for sightseeing anyway.
We still recommend staying there.

Emplacement calme et chic très proche du centre. Nous avons loué des vélos électriques, très pratique (+/-8 à 10min du centre-Duomo).
Chambres très belles, spacieuses et très propres. Très bonne literie. Ménage tous les jours. À recommander sans hésiter !

Great location in a great area of Milan close to the center
Rooms are in a basement, natural light therefore almost non existent. Unacceptable at this price point having to deal with mosquitoes all night. No staff and no services.
