The decor was nice and recently done. The staff were great. The young man and lady that greeted us and showed us to our room we're really nice and Will in the restaurant was great. Very cheeky smile, nice and confident. We heard a few people comment about him. Food was lovely in the restaurant. Room was very nice.
The bathroom needs a couple of hooks, a shelf or somewhere to put toiletries and a toilet roll holder.
No vegetarian sausage at breakfast.

The property was incredibly clean and comfortable and individual, as opposed to corporate style. The staff could not be more helpful. There was a sense that without exception, they were all invested in you having a good stay. We didn’t stay for evening meals so can’t rate those bit if breakfast is anything to go by, particularly the vegetarian option, then I expect the quality and attention to detail will extend to that too. Nothing was too much trouble. When we had an unexpected plumbing issue they were there in literally 2 or 3 minutes to resolve it which they did with a friendly professionalism. I really can’t wait to come back again as soon as we can.
Nothing at all that we didn’t like. If forced to say anything though, the only thing I could add is that the option of yogurt and fruit with the toast and cereal as an alternative to a cooked breakfast would have suited me. But that’s really just my preference.

The food was really good, the staff were really nice and helpful.. the overall experience was good..
No telly in the room the first night but did put one in the next morning.. no tea and coffee in the bedrooms which was disappointing but there was a coffee machine on the landing for all rooms to use.. unfortunately it didn’t work very well and never had enough cups.. the room was overpriced really..

Breakfast was good and staff pleasant
Rooms have been refurbished but are not very big. Only one bed side lamp and no tea or coffee in the room (only corridor). Would have liked to see a couple of bottles of complimentary water in the room.
