Ótima localização, ficamos no rés do chão que é um estúdio e serviu na perfeição para uns dias de ferias na ilha terceira. Tiveram a amabilidade de nos colocar uma cama pequena para a nossa filha de 6 anos dormir. A casa estava muito cuidada, com eletrodomésticos á disposição, casa de banho impecável. Adoramos a experiencia. A senhora Filomena esteve sempre disponível para nos auxiliar no que fosse preciso. Se voltarmos á Terceira escolheremos de novo este alojamento se disponível.

A janela era muito pequena e ao fazer comida o cheiro não saía com facilidade. E com a janela diretamente para a rua há um certo desconforto porque está visível para a casa de banho (que não pode estar de porta fechada devido ao cilindro).
