- Staff were wonderful. They were very helpful and very very nice to me. The first room I got (although with a good view as requested) was too cold, but the lady who checked me in offered a warmer room to me instead. That saved me the days.
- Clean and new room
- I think it will be beautiful there in summer. I went there not at the right time, but I could see it that it must be lovely at the peak of the seasons.
- Food was delicious.
- Although the price is obviously higher than places of the same standard in the city centre, the value for money is good.
- For skiing, it’s a good alternative if you are not staying at Amirsoy Chalet. You can take a taxi there although most taxis want to charge you more than the App price.
- Internet is the biggest problem there. WiFi was extremely slow and disconnected from time to time. My phone (with Beeline sim) had no signal at all around that area.
- I stayed there at the beginning of March. I would say the place has nothing to do except for skiing. The resort is about 5 km from there but you cannot walk there without risking your life a bit. To be fair, it might fit the summer vacation better.
- No reception area, so be sure to contact them before you lose the phone signal.

The room was comfortable, and the restaurant on site hsd good economical means . The staff helped me get a taxi up the ski zone both days. The location is quiet which I like

●The family room was spacious and relaxing.
●The shashlik and bon were delicious.
●We also enjoyed the free breakfast.
●The service was great, as they were very helpful when we had trouble (ex: not having water in our room that they promptly fixed)
●The resort is in a beautiful area but it can be a bit difficult for taxis to reach. They may miss the turn-off to the resort. Highly recommend using Yandex and not local taxis.
